In this post, I have written about "Parkaya Pravesh," a Siddha Yogic Siddhi in which a Yogi or Sadhak gains the superhuman ability to cause their soul or consciousness to enter another person's body. This is a highly mysterious and rare practice, considered possible only by extremely advanced yogis, sadhaks, and Tantriks.
References to Parkaya Pravesh are found in many ancient Indian Mythological Scriptures, Puranas, and authentic texts on Mantra Shastra and Tantra Vidya. In the past, I have written two posts on the same subject, which can be seen here:

However, the Parkaya Pravesh Mantra is simpler to pronounce and practice. Hence, this Mantra Sadhana will be beneficial for practitioners with limited knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit.
The Method of Practicing the Parkaya Pravesh Mantra Sadhana:
1] The Mantra Sadhna should be done under the supervision of a Siddha Guru or an Experienced Tantrik who has mastered this Supernatural Practice.
2] The practitioner should practice the Sadhana in a clean and silent place during the Brahma Muhurta. He should bathe, wear clean clothes, and sit facing the east.
3] He should first chant the Ganpati mantra - ॐ गं गणपतये नमः 108 times, or he can chant his Guru Mantra, that is, if he has one.
4] Then, he should chant this Parkaya Pravesh Mantra 108 or 1008 times.
"ॐ अर्हं नमः परकाय प्रवेश सिद्धिं कुरु कुरु स्वाहा॥"
Om Arham Namah Parakaay Pravesh Siddhim Kuru Kuru Swaha ||
5] The Parkaya Pravesh Mantra Sadhana can be practiced for 21, 41, or 51 days. During the Mantra Sadhana, the practitioner should consume a Satvik diet, control his emotions and thoughts, think positively, and maintain celibacy.
Important warning:
The Parkaya Pravesh Mantra Sadhana is extremely risky; hence, if practiced incorrectly or improperly, it can cause physical or mental harm.
This should only be performed under the guidance of an experienced Guru or Advanced Sadhak who has mastered this Sadhana. Entering another body without Siddhi is not possible and can be extremely dangerous.
