This is a Mantra Sadhana which is practiced to please the Dhanda Yakshini and gain Wealth from her. A Yakshini is a feminine form of an omnipresent being that performs specific tasks and is said to have immense powers. They are said to be guardians of wealth and other objects of desire according to the Hindu religion.
You have to climb and sit on a Banyan tree and recite the Mantra given below 10,000 times. Doing this is said to please the Dhanda Yakshini who will bless you with wealth.

I would like to inform you that, once I have chanted this mantra then, in evening I found some rupee notes and coins in the dark near a rillet I collected them all. Does this mantra work I the same way. Please tell. If not then what kind of wealth will it give. Or in what way does it works. Please I need money. And no way I found to have it. I'm in debt already can't borrow more. Searching for job but no job available. I did everything.

Please can you explain meaning of this mantra as we say Swaha at the time of Havan while offering to Agni which is going to be vanish in agni.
1) Any restrictions on food, drinks, number of sexual partners (even after marriage) after Sadhana period
2) I have heard that when Yakshini gives whatever Sadhak demands but in return Yakshini will ask for something. In case of any Yakshas demands that I cannot fulfill what can I do
3) Please let me know about any restrictions of any kind
4) I pray to multiple male and female deities regularly, have photos and idols of them at home. Is it ok ? Any restrictions on performing any future Sadhanas or Pujas (all for good purposes) ?
1. What kind of mala should be used or may I use Number counter machine.
2. While sitting on the tree, whether we should light any diya or lamp.
3. Can I do it on any day and any time.
