The Method of Practicing the Shabar Mantra to Gain Invincible Power:
The Hanuman Mantra Chanting can be started from Tuesday or Saturday. The devotee should do the Sadhana in a calm place, like the Puja Mandir at home, in front of a Photo or Murti of Hanumanji.
He should sit on a red colored sitting mat, light a Diya before the Idol or Photo, offer jaggery and gram, and chant the Shabar Hanuman Mantra for strength 108 times using a Rudraksha Jaap Mala; this should be done before sunrise.
ॐ हनुमान काज करो, बल मेरा बढाओ |
सूरज चाँद गवाह, अबै बल पाओ ||
Om Hanuman kaaj karo, bal mera badhao |
Sooraj Chaand gawaah, abai bal pao ||
He should avoid negative thoughts while chanting and not talk to anyone while chanting the Mantra. The Hanuman Mantra Sadhana should be done continuously for 21 days.
