Traditional Indian remedy for dark spots
Hyper pigmentation usually occurs due to a wide variety of reasons ranging from acne to pregnancy and childbirth. This condition is more prevalent in women as hyper-pigmentation which is caused by excess production of Melanin in the body caused dark spots to appear on the skin.
Dark spots especially make people self conscious and there is a tendency to feel embarrassed at times. Apart from the medical treatments available in the market there are some Traditional Indian home remedies which claim to treat this skin condition.
This is one such Simple Remedy take some Masoor Dal [split orange lentils] and keep it soaked overnight in water. In the morning make a fine paste of the Dal and add a little bit of milk and rose water. Then apply this on your face or the parts of the body which have dark spots. Keep this paste on your skin for about an hour and the wash.
The quantity of ingredients depends on the size and area of the dark spots on the skin; so take an approximate quantity.

Is there any remedy for superfluous hair as my daughter has excess hair on her face as well as her body?

dear renu , even i am going through the same , i searched on net , so finally come to this - Reading 1st chapter of Durga saptashati i.e. chandi path. it is available on net . read daily if possible . i 've just started also.
ReplyDeleteBe careful, chandi path and Durga saptashati are things you should get Guru Upadesh first. The Goddess is powerful but the blessing of the guru will initiate. My personal opinion so you will be okay.
DeleteJust want to say; for both chandi Path and durga Saptashi please ensure you have some sort of Guru upadesh or blessing. Only because the Goddess is very powerful and you want to make sure you are getting the guidance. Personal thought just offering which you may already have done too.
