Vedic Akashic Science: Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce and Baba Vanga

Most people have a lingering fear of the future because of uncertainty and insecurity. Thus, when there is a national, regional, or global crisis, such as wars and natural disasters, reading prophecies and predictions gives them a sense of comfort. They come under the illusion that everything is happening according to a divine plan.

Most Prophecies, including those predicted by Nostradamus, Baba Vanga, and Edgar Cayce, have been written in coded, vague, and symbolic language. Hence, when a huge event, like a pandemic, natural disaster, or war, occurs, these events are "force-fitted" into the cryptic verses of these and other prophets.

About Akashic Records:
Edgar Cayce has spoken extensively about Akashic Records in his writings. These concepts have been described in ancient Hindu scriptures, like Garuda Purana, Padma Purana, and Vishnu Purana. These sacred texts describe a supernatural being, “Chitragupta,” who possesses the record of every living being, their every thought, action, and desire- no matter how small or insignificant in a divine book called “Agrasandhani”.

Composition of Akashic Records:
Agrasandhani, as per advanced spiritualists, is not a book written on paper, but energy waves or sound vibrations that are permanently present in the atmosphere, sky, or "Akash". Here, Akasha can be said to be the space that encompasses all of creation or the space in which everything, including Gods and Goddesses, exists. Since the Akasha is infinite and indestructible, the Akashic Records are never erased.

Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce and Baba Vanga

These records do not belong to any individual or a group of individuals, but are a field of pure energy. As Edgar Cayce rightly said, when he was in a deep trance-like meditative state, his consciousness could shift and enter the Akashic Dimension. In this state, he could see the past, present, and future of any person or place.

Individual, Collective and Unified Consciousness: Individual Consciousness can be compared to a single wave in the ocean, which believes it has nothing to do with the rest of the ocean. Most people live in this state of limited consciousness.

Collective Consciousness is that state in which the seeker understands that all waves or energies are part of the same ocean or dimension. Whereas in the state of Unified Consciousness there is no such thing as waves, only water. The difference between the waves and water is dissolved, and everything becomes one. This is the same state of mind in which future-forecasters, like Nostradamus, Baba Vanga, and other saw the visions of the future.

Rig Veda, Mandukya and Chandogya Upanishads: These Hindu scriptures describe the "Hiranyagarbha", or the Universal or Cosmic Mind. Many years back, I had written about this state based upon a verse contained in the ancient Rig Veda, which describes this Non-Dual State of Existence as the "Golden Womb". Hence, the concepts of "Akashic Records" popularised by advanced spiritualists, like Madame Blavatsky and Edgar Cayce, are essentially based upon Vedic and Puranic Texts.

These texts describe "Shabda-gunam Akasham," which means that the Akasha is not just the Shabd or spoken word but sound and vibration. The Vedas describe how anything that happens in the Material World leaves a permanent vibration in the Akasha and is never destroyed and becomes a part of the Memory of the Universe. This is the source or origin that all real prophets tap into to see the happenings of the past, present, and future.

The Trances of Nostradamus, Baba Vanga and Edgar: All 3 Prophets used different techniques to shift their consciousness into the Akashic Records:

Nostradamus: He went into a state of deep meditation by using a bowl of water and gazing at it with single-minded concentration. This gave him the power to see images of future occurrences on the surface of the water.

He used this practice, called scrying or hydromancy, to shift his consciousness from the high-frequency Beta waves to Alpha and Theta wave states, which are the line between waking focus and dreaming. This awakened his Third Eye or Ajna Chakra to use the surface of the water as a TV Display.

Baba Vanga: She was blind and did not go into a trance; the prophecies made by her were in the conscious State. She said that the invisible spirits, entities, or the consciousness of dead people would come near her and whisper into her ears.

Her method of connecting with the Akashic Records can be compared to a radio transmitter or a relay station. This captured the hidden sound waves, which she translated into words and told others.

Edgar Cayce: His technique was based on self-hypnosis and the complete surrender to the cosmic consciousness or Akashic Records. This method can be like the shifting of an individual mind operating as a Local CPU to the cosmic consciousness or a Terminal connected to the Cloud Server. This enables information to flow directly from the Akashic Records through his spoken words.

Why their Prophecies are not Interpreted Properly:
Nostradamus: He lived in the 16th Century; hence, he could not fully understand modern-day inventions like nuclear bombs, submarines, or airplanes. This is why he used terms like "iron fish" or "fire-breathing birds" to describe them.

Another thing to note is that the prophecies were made during the orthodox Middle Ages era. This probably made him deliberately compose his quatrains in codes and riddles, making it extremely difficult to accurately determine specific names, times, and dates.

Edgar Cayce: Although Cayce was directly connected to the cosmic consciousness, there is a possibility that his own subconscious thoughts and beliefs could sometimes merge with the incoming data. His personal views, such as his fascination with the civilization of Atlantis, interfered with the incoming signals. This resulted in inaccuracies regarding the exact dates of certain events and the nature of the changes created by the predictions.

Baba Vanga: Baba Vanga did not receive signals directly from the Akashic Records. As she mentioned, they were relayed by spirits and invisible energies. This made the incoming information somewhat distorted in transit. Another thing to note is that she came from a rural background and described modern events using local language. Her followers and media personnel studying her prophecies significantly altered them statements for the sake of sensation and publicity.
