The Procedure of Chanting the Shabar Mantra: The best time of day to chant the mantra is in the morning. The practitioner should practice the mantra chanting in a quiet place.
He should close his eyes and take 5 slow, deep breaths: While inhaling, he should mentally think that his mind and body are being filled with powerful divine energy. This can be done by thinking "Energy in". While exhaling, he should think that all sickness, weakness, and negativity are leaving his body. He should think "Weakness out" or "Sickness out".
Then, he should chant the mantra 108 times. The mantra can be chanted mentally, verbally, or in a soft voice.
ॐ ह्रीं वज्रदेहाय नमः॥
Om Hreem Vajradehaaya Namah ||
After completing the 108 chants, he should lightly rub both his palms and feel the divine energy circulating in them, and lightly move them over his face.
This is a 7, 11, or 21 days Mantra Sadhana. This period can be increased if the practitioner is satisfied with the results of the Sadhana. Any counting rosary or counter can be used for the Sadhana.
