Vishnu’s 8 Healing Names: A Powerful Stotra for Health and Inner Peace

In this post, I have written about an effective Healing Stotra that can be recited like a mantra to attract positive energy and banish all diseases, sickness, and negativity. This Short Vishnu Stotra is based upon eight sacred names of Bhagwan Vishnu that possess the power to attract immense healing vibrations.

This Miracle Healing Prayer, which takes a few minutes to recite, has the potential to generate the most powerful healing energy, capable of eliminating many health-related problems. The Stotra attracts positive energy; hence, it will give peace, happiness, and prosperity to the Vishnu Bhakt.

The Procedure of Chanting The Ashta Naam Vishnu Stotra to Gain Relief from Pain and Diseases:
1] The Stotra can be recited in the morning after bathing or in the evening. The practitioner should chant it at the same time every day for better and faster results.

2] He should sit facing east or north direction, and if possible, light a Ghee or Oil Lamp in front of a Photo or Idol of Bhagwan Vishnu and keep clean drinking water in a small glass or cup.

3] He should take 3-4 deep breaths to still his mind and take a Sankalp that “I am chanting the eight sacred names of Lord Vishnu for freedom from illness, peace, and good health.” The practitioner can change this Sankalp according to his specific needs, if he wants to, if he wishes to get relief from specific diseases or ailments.

4] Finally, after chanting the Vishnu Stotra, the practitioner should pray to Bhagwan Vishnu with folded hands: “Bhagwan Narayana, remove all the diseases, sufferings, and worries from my body and mind.” After this, he can drink the Stotra Infused Water.

Madhvaya: One who gives peace to the body.
Govindaya: Remover of pain and sorrow.
Madhusudnaya: Remover of negativity.
Keshavya: One who gives strength and stability to the mind.
Hrishikeshaya: One who keeps the senses healthy.
Padmanabhaya: One who increases vitality.
Damodaraya: Provider of complete health.
