In this post, I have written about using a basic enemy suppression Mantra to trigger negative energies for crushing an enemy or dangerous rival. This Mantra works in the same way as an Affirmation to Destroy Enemies; the working of the Mantra is described below in the post.

It is better to chant the Mantra about One Hour before and after meals because such Mantras can trigger negative emotions, which will adversely affect digestion. The practitioner can chant the Mantra for about 10 minutes in a sitting or lying position after mentally visualizing the enemy for a few seconds.
