In this post, I have written about a Sarva Paap Nashak Mantra that will remove or reduce the accumulated Bad Karma of Sins and bad acts and actions committed by the practitioner for which he is sad, scared, or guilty.
More often than not, it is the guilt complex originating from unjust actions that troubles the mind and the thoughts keep getting stronger and stronger and finally start taking control of the mind and make him act in an irrational manner.

The Paap Nashak Mantra that I have described in this post is very easy to chant and at the same time very effective and beneficial.
This Lord Vishnu Mantra is also very suitable for people suffering from depression, phobias, anxiety, and fear to free their minds from these negative energies.
The Vidhi has been given below for the benefit of any person who wishes to chant this Paap Nashak Mantra.
1] The Mantra Prayog is for 7 days and the Vishnu Mantra given below, which is one of the Names of Lord Vishnu described in the श्री विष्णु सहस्रनाम स्तोत्र / Shri Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram should be chanted for 15-20 minutes either in the morning or in the night, just before going to sleep.

ॐ सुवर्ण बिन्दवे नमः ||

Om Suvarna Bindave Namah ||
2] While, chanting the Mantra, the practitioner should concentrate his mind on a mental image of Lord Vishnu who is shining and glowing like the Sun.
3] This is all that should be done. The practitioner will start experiencing the positive effects of this Mantra from day one itself as he starts attracting auspiciousness and positive energy and the negativity is thrown out of this being.
