This is a mantra of Lord Rama and Hanuman for getting wealth. Reciting it will remove all the obstacles in life.
Though there is no fixed number of chants necessary as it is a Siddh Mantra, it is said that the Mantra starts showing amazing results after reciting it for 1300 times.
Lord Rama is a God of dharma and he may create situations in life where your dharma will come in question and you won't know what to do. So, that too needs to be kept in mind.

Om Hanumate namah|| Aapdampahartaaram Datagram Sarva sampadaam, Lokbhiramam Shri Ramam, Bhuyo Bhuyo Namaamyaham|| Shri Hanumate Namaha||

ॐ हनुमते नमः |
आपदामपहर्तारं दातारं सर्वसंपदाम् ।
लोकाभिरामं श्रीरामं भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम् |
श्री हनुमते नमः ||

you said Lord Rama is God of dharma it may creat situations in life where your dharma will come in question and you would not know what to do what does that mean can you please clarify this for me. What does have to do with chaning this mantra how will that effect? please can you clarify it for me.
