This is the Durga Mata mantra to remove fear. This Shakti Mantra is a meditation upon Durga Mata as the one who protects from harm.

This Durga Mata Mantra is to be recited when you fear some harm coming your way; whether from enemies or some unknown source. This is one of the Mul Mantras of Durga Mata. These Mantras are normally recited during Navratri, however they can be commenced any day.

I suffer from severe anxiety and guilt pangs about random things in my life that happened years ago. I know it is silly but the fear and anxiety I feel is very real and physically affects me. I chanted this mantra and felt hopeful. Can you please elaborate more on rules to chant this mantra?

This is a a very simple to chant mantra, never think about rules and technicalities, which chanting a mantra and devote your entire attention to the mantra.

I recently had a fear that my hand would shake while signing papers and it actually did. now every time i need to sign any paper in front of some person ,i feel fearful and my heartbeat and my hand shakes a lot and i cannot manage to sign. please help me get this fear away
