Sir. Please tell me, if im reciet this mantra mentally does it works the same. And if I do it at 3 am does it harmfull for me.
ReplyDeleteThis is a Dhyan Mantra of Guru Gorakhnath and it cannot be harmful, you can recite it any time or mentally, if you wish.
