In this post, I have written about a Rare Kundalini Mantra Sadhana to hear the Unstruck Sound of Anahata Nada, which is the mystical and divine sound vibration that originates within without any outside interference.
Hearing the Anahata Nada is the cherished desire of most Yogis and Sadhaks engaged in Kundalini Yoga. The Mantra and techniques described in this post will make it possible for these Yogis to hear the Anahata Dhwani and tune in with the Universal Vibration.
The Technique of Anahata Nada Meditation: The meditation should be done late in the night or in the early hours of the morning when the chances of disturbance are remote. There is stillness, silence, and a mystical quality during these periods, and hence, there are chances of establishing connections with the unknown vibrations that are circulating in the atmosphere.
The practitioner should sit in silence and, after each Mantra Chant, imagine that a powerful divine light is entering his head from the Sahasrara or Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head, and stabilizing in the Anahata Chakra. The practitioner can hear divine sounds or Anahata Naad coming from the deeper parts of the subconscious.
After the completion of the Mantra Sadhana, which can be 108 Mantra Chants of 15-20 Minutes, the practitioner should maintain “Maun Sadhana” or complete silence for 15 minutes. He should try to listen to the Anahata Nada that originates internally and not from any external source, like a bell, veena, breath, or sound of a conch shell. This should be done calmly without straining himself.

The Word by Word Meaning of this Mantra:
Om: Subtle Sound of the Vibration of the Universe.
Hreem: The Vibration of Maha Shakti or Goddess Bhuvaneshwari, the Ruler of the Universe.
Shreem: The Beej Mantra of Mahalakshmi or the Wealth and Prosperity Attracting Vibration.
Kleem: The Vibration that attracts love, attraction, and symbolizes beauty. Also, the Beej Mantra of Shri Krishna and Kamdeva.
Paramadhaamne: Param Dhaam means the highest abode or plane in the Astral World.
Akashwani Swaraya: The Sounds or Vibrations of the Universe. This refers to the Anahata Nada, which is the sound that is heard during deep meditation and is associated with the Anahata Chakra or the Heart Chakra of the Kundalini Shakti, located in the center of the chest.
Namah: Salutations to the Universe or Seeking the Help of the Universe.
