Simple Exercise to Remove Negative Thoughts
In this post, I have written about a simple and easy to practice mental exercise to remove negative and dangerous thoughts from the mind and replace them with pure and positive thoughts. This exercise unconsciously serf-hypnosis the mind and enables the pure and positive thoughts to enter the deepest levels of the unconscious or sub-conscious mind.
The thoughts replacement exercise can also be most beneficial for people who are suffering from depression, fear, guilty conscious, phobias and anxiety to remove these thought, which have take control over their minds and replace them with pleasant and useful thoughts. People trying to eradicated bad habits and addiction can also practice the exercise.
This exercise can be practiced for about 15 minutes, anytime during the day, however, it gives the best results, if practiced at night, while going to sleep.
1] Close your eyes and lie down comfortably on your bed.
2] Try to think and divert your mind towards some positive and pure thoughts about truth, peace, love, pity, forgiveness or similar thoughts.
3] Think and try to visualize these thoughts calmly and effortlessly without forcing your mind. If negative thoughts start creeping into your mind do not forcefully attempt to evict them, but wait patiently for the positive and pure thought to replace them.
4] Then, as your mind starts getting accustomed to the positive thoughts, try to focus your mind on any particular thought, such as “Love is God” Truth-fullness is Purity” “May all be Peaceful and Happy”
5] When such a strong thought takes over the mind, it will surely overpower and eradicate negative and harmful or destructive thinking.
For better result another simple mind control exercise can be practiced along with the above exercise. The exercise is not as simple as it appears, the practitioner has to recall each and every incident that occurred in the previous day in detail.
This helps in making the mind focus on a single thought. It also helps in making unpleasant incidents, which people try to forget and hide in the minds come to the fore.
Thus, such bad and unpleasant thoughts will not percolate and filter down to the sub-conscious mind as negative and harmful memories that are retained in the sub-conscious mind. Such memories come to the fore whenever similar situations or circumstances occurs and take over the mind.
1] Lie down on your bed and close the eyes.
2] Try to remember each and every incident, no matter how minor or insignificant that happened since you got up from bed yesterday until you went to sleep at night.

समय यहाँ दी गई सरलतम विधि से नकारात्मकता को दूर करने और मन से बुरे विचारों को हटाने का उपाय करें .निश्चित ही लाभ होगा ,अच्छी नींद आएगी और सुबह आप अपने को तरोताजा महसूस करेंगे .रोज इस simple exercise को करें ,मन के वातायन को खुला रखें ,और सकारात्मक सोचें .

ReplyDeleteमन मे नकारात्मक विचार मानसिक रुग्णता है.इसे दूर करने के लिए गायत्री मंत्र का जाप लाभप्रद होगा .किसी भी शुभ मुहूर्त मे एक काँसे के पात्र मे स्वच्छ जल भरकर रख लें .उसके सामने लाल आसन पर बैठकर गायत्री मंत्र के साथ "ऐम हृीं क्लीम "का संपुट लगाकर गायत्री मंत्र का 108 बार जाप करें .इसके बाद इस जल का सेवन कर लें .ऐसा कुछ दिन करें .
