Durga Shankh Mantra for Success

The Devi or Durga Shankha is a sacred conch shell, which has importance in Shakti Sadhana, especially in the worship of the Navadurga or the Nine Forms of the Divine Mother. The Devi Shankh is normally found in Kailash Mansarovar and the coastal areas of Sri Lanka.  In this post, I have described a special Mantra Experiment to purify and install the Durga Shankh in the home for resolution of all kinds of problems, including money and health with the blessings of Durga Mata.

The Durga Shankh can be installed on any auspicious day by sitting in front of the Durga Shankha and performing the necessary worship by offering it Dhoop/Diya and flowers. Then the Durga Shankh Purification and Energizing Mantra given below should be chanted 108 times using a Rudraksha Beads Counting Rosary.

मंत्र

ॐ नमो देवी रूपेण शंखाय मम गृहे वृध्दि कुरु कुरु स्वाहा ||

Mantra

Om Namo Devi Rupen Shankhaaya Mam Gruhe Vriddhi Kuru Kuru Swaha ||

After this Achaman of Ganga Jal [water of the holy River Ganges] should be done by each member of the family and then the Ganga Jal should be sprinkled in all the rooms of the home.  This is said to invoke the blessings of the Devi Mata for all purposes, including Laxmi Prapti and Rog Mukti.

Notes – Some sincere and dedicated devotees of the Mother Goddess blow the Durga Shankh nine times and then commence chanting the Durga Saptashati for the fulfillment of their hopes, aspirations and desires.

As the Durga Shankh is rich in Calcium content, water, which is kept immersed in the Durga Shankh is considered beneficial for people suffering from arthritis and heart related diseases and ailments.
