Annapurna Mantra for housewives

This is the daily Annapurna Mantra Sadhana for housewives and those homemakers who are in charge of the kitchen and storing, purchasing food and food grains for their families. Anna in Hindi or Sanskrit means food and the Goddess who blesses one with all kinds of food for nourishing the body is the Indian deity of Annapurna Devi.

Annapurna Devi is said to be present in the kitchen near the stove or cooking gas where food is prepared. Hence this place has to be always kept clean and hygienic. The Mantra is recommended to be chanted 9 times every morning daily after having a bath and while entering the kitchen. This is said to ensure that there is never any shortage of food in your home.

    I am 36 yrs female.i dont have interest in cooking at all.but i m the only lady in my house so i have to cook.pls help me.i have thyroid and my wt is76 kg
