Healing Your Body With Life Energy: Om Ram Ramaya Namah

In this post, I have written about the technique of utilizing the power of the Om Ram Ramaya Namah Mantra to heal the body by combining the mantra chanting with the life force energy of Kundalini Shakti. Using this technique, the practitioner can focus the vibrations of the mantra into the energy centres or Chakras of the Kundalini Shakti.

I have described a secret step-by-step method combining the vibrations of the Ram Mantra and the Kundalini Shakti below in this post.

1] Preparing to Accumulate Energy: It should ideally be done about 1.5 to 2 hours before or after meals. The best time for practicing this healing mantra experiment is in the morning or at night before going to sleep.

Asana or Posture: The practitioner should practice the healing mantra experiment in a quiet place. He should sit on a Kusha Grass or Woolen sitting mat with his spine straight. A straight spine is essential for the uninterpreted flow of life-energy.

Mudra or Hand Gesture: The practitioner should sit in the Apan Vayu Mudra, also known as the Mudra of the Heart. This Mudra is formed by joining the tips of the middle and ring fingers to the thumb while tucking the index finger at the base of the thumb. This Mudra is considered to be most effective in eliminating toxins from the heart and the body.

2] Chakra Alignment and Mantra Chanting: Inhale and mentally visualize all the healing energy of the universe gathering at your Muladhara Chakra. This Chakra is located at the base of the spine. While inhaling, mentally chant “Om”.

Then, mentally chant “Raam “and focus your attention on the Manipura Chakra. This Chakra is located in the spine, directly behind the navel. This is the energy center of the fire element that destroys germs, bacteria, and waste matter. The practitioner should visualize red or glowing golden energy in this Chakra.

Then, while chanting “Ramaya Namah,” the practitioner should mentally lift the life-energy from the navel and direct it to the Anahata Chakra, which is located behind the heart or directly to the specific area where the ailment or pain exists.

3] Healing by Touch Therapy: The mantra chanting should be done for 15 to 20 minutes. If you feel discomfort, you should stop the mantra chanting.

While chanting the mantra, when you experience a tingling sensation of heat in the spine or palms, it is an indication that the Prana Shakti or Kundalini Energy has awakened.

The palms should be rubbed over each other and placed on the body part that is affected. For example, keep them on the stomach if you have a stomachache, or on the forehead if you have a headache. The practitioner should close his eyes and visualize the vital life force of the Kundalini Shakti awakened by the mantra flowing through his hands to eradicate the ailment at its root, while the local cells are restored to health.

Important Tips: The practitioner should focus more on the life-energy and visualization part. There is no need to count the number of mantras chanted.

When you chant the word “Raam,” you should feel a slight vibration or sensation in the navel. This is an indication that the Prana or Life-Energy has been stimulated and is awakening.
