Best Time for Practicing the Shabar Mantra Sadhana: Early morning during Brahma Muhurta (before sunrise) or evening (after sunset) is the best time to practice the Shabar Sadhana. However, it should be practiced at the same time every day, which infuses more energy into the vibrations of the mantra.
If possible, the practitioner should place a picture or idol of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi in front of himself, while chanting the Shabar Mantra.
He should light a ghee lamp, face east or north direction while practicing the Shabar Mantra Prayog.
