The Best Time and Method of Chanting the Mantra: The best time for practicing the Mantra Sadhana is around Midnight of the Mystical and Auspicious Period of Brahma Muhurta, which falls approximately from 4AM TO 6AM.
The practitioner should pledge to chant the Mantra 108 times at about the same time every day for 21 or 40 days or more, depending upon his wishes. The practitioner can use a Crystal or Rudraksha Beads Counting Rosary for the Mantra Sadhana.
ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं क्लीं परमेश्वराय सर्वज्ञाय नमः ||
Om Shreem Hreem Kleem Parmeshwaraya Sarvagyaya Namah ||
Rules for this Mantra Sadhana: The practitioner should not consume non-vegetarian food and Wine during the Sadhana Days. He should have control over his ego, anger and behave calmly because the Sadhana to Connect with the Universe is a very serious matter, and practicing it wrongly could lead to mental problems and hallucinations.
Hence, the Mantra Sadhana should be practiced for noble purposes and for the welfare of all persons and never with selfish motives.
