Mantra Sadhana to Cleanse and Strengthen Mind
In this post, I have described a most unique and powerful Mantra Experiment to cleanse, purify and strengthen the capacity of the mind. This effective Mantra Experiment, which hardly takes 3 to 5 minutes to practice is also a great method of refreshing and recharging the mind and attracting positive energies and vibrations.
The mind is always thinking and there is some or the other thought that keeps the mind occupied all the time of the day.
Even if you have decided to think positively, it has been observed that there is a break in the thought process, which takes place approximately every three hours and the mind starts straying and sometimes negative or harmful thoughts start entering the mind.
This breaks the chain reaction of positivity, which adversely affects you, especially if you are engaged in any kind of meditation, like Kundalini Mediation or any kind of long term Mantra Sadhana in which concentration is essential.
In such cases, the simple and easy to practice Mantra Sadhana that has been described below in this post by me can prove to be a most effective method of cleansing and refreshing the mind.
This Mantra Sadhana can be practiced anywhere, in the home or office and even, while standing, sitting or walking. It takes as mentioned above hardly 3 to 5 minutes to practice.
The practitioner can do Mansik or Mental Chanting of both the Mantras if he so desires.
There is no Puja-Vidhi or any other religious ritual needed in order to practice this Mantra Sadhana to detoxify and rejuvenate the mind.
1] Practice this Mind Purification Mantra Sadhana every three hours from 6 am in the morning until 10 pm in the night. This approximate timings should be 6 am, 9 am, 12 noon, 3 pm, 6 pm and 9 pm or every 3 hours in this specified period of time.
2] Every three hours on the approximate timings given above, chant the Mantras given below.
A] हरी ॐ – Hari Om – Chant this Mantra 10 times.
B] ॐ चैतन्य गोरक्षनाथाय नमः - Om Chaitanya Gorakshanathaya Namah – Chant this Mantra 27 times.
C] If you have a Guru and have been given a Guru Mantra by the Guru, then chant that Mantra 27 times. If you do not have a Guru Mantra, then it is all right, you can only chant the two Mantra given above.
Note- The two simple and easy to chant Devotional Mantras given for this mind cleansing Mantra Sadhana are small but most powerful, effective and tried and tested Mantras.
