3] The practitioner should not use a counting rosary but count the number of Mantra chants with his fingers.

Is it correct to assume that a woman cannot use the mantra?

The Vashikaran Tantra has prescribed this mantra for men, however, in my opinion women can also try this mantra and if anyone gets success, then they can write about their experiences for the benefit of others.
