Since, it is a long time sadhna.. For married persons, can they do it?
Can this mantra be also used for Rahu-Ketu-Shani dosh?what about Sade Sati ill-effects?
1) Any particular day to start this Sadhana, time, direction, asan color
2) Any food, drinking, celibacy rules to follow
2. Eating non-veg is a sin in hinduism. Maintaining celibacy is necessary.
