hi there....just to be sure, what does the symbol "||" means after the end of every sentence. Does that mean i need to say the mantra twice to consider it as ONE....

This is a Meditation Mantra for Beauty, it should be chanted without expecting anything in return as and when you feel comfortable and not as a method of chanting a fixed number of chants per day.
