This is a very simple Hanuman Mantra, which has been taken from the Shree Hanuman Ashtottara Shatanamavali, which is a Hindu Devotional Prayer comprising of the 108 names of Lord Hanuman. This Hanuman Mantra has to be chanted 22500 times daily for 40 days.
After 40 days, this Mantra will get Siddh, which means the Mantra will be mastered by the Sadhak.
After Siddhi, every day for the whole life, in the morning after having a bath the Sadhak has to fill a copper glass with water and Abhimantrit [infuse or bind] the water by chanting this Mantra 108 times and then drink it.
This will ensure that the Sadhak remains disease free for life and lives for 100 years.
A Rudraksh Rosary or Tulsi Beads Rosary has to be used for the purpose of counting the number of Mantra Chants.
This Mantra can be chanted any time during the day, except at night.
While chanting the Mantra, the Sadhak has to keep a mental image of Lord Hanuman in his mind.
Chanting the Mantra 22500 times takes approx 4-5 hours to complete. Therefore, one can take breaks in between or one can divide the number of Mantra Chants into different times of the day, for example morning, afternoon and dusk.
The Hanuman Mantra Sadhana seems tough but living disease free for life and living hundred years is also not a thing everyone gets without putting in effort.
