Diwali 2015 Dates and Puja Timings

The most eagerly awaited annual Hindu festival of Diwali will be celebrated in the first half of November 2015. As always, the festivities will be celebrated with lots of enthusiasm and merry making.  The devote and pious will also be looking forward to these most auspicious Hindu days, which are most beneficial for all kinds of Puja Vidhi, Mantra and Yantra Sadhana and Siddhi . In this post, I have given a timetable [Panchang] of the Diwali Dates and Puja Timings for 2015.

Vasubaras- Ashwin Krishna Paksha Ekadashi Tithi on 7th November 2015- Gomata Pujan after 2 PM

Guru Dwadashi, Brahma Puja-Ashwin Krishna Paksha Dwadashi Tithi on 8th November 2015- Brahma Puja timing- 4.32 PM

Dhantrayodashi- Yama Deep Daan – Ashwin Krishna Paksha Trayodash on Tithi-9th November 2015

Narak Chaturdashi - Yama Tarpan – Ashwin Krishna Paksha-Chaturdashi Tithi on 10th November 2015-Abhyang Snan timings from 5.20 AM to 6.44 AM. Amavasya commences from 9.23 PM
Laxmi-Kuber PoojanSaraswati Poojan- Ashwin Krishna Paksha – Amavasya on 11th November 2015.
Laxmi Poojan timings are 6PM TO 8.30 PM
Other Shubh Muhurat Puja timings – 6.30 AM to 9.42 AM,
11 AM to 12.42 PM [Afternoon]
2.05 PM to 8.24 PM,
9.25 PM TO 12.25 AM [Night]
Amavasya concludes at – 11.17PM

Diwali Padwa- Bali Pratipada-Mahasaraswati Pujan - Kartik Shukla Paksha Pratipada on 12th November 2015
Worshipping of Books timings 3.30AM to 8.10 AM and 10.15 AM to 2 PM [Afternoon]

Bhai Dooj - Yama Dwitiya -Kartik Shukla Paksha Dwitiya Tithi on 13th November 2016

All timings as per the Mumbai Time [India Standard Time]
