Relief from Sprains and Strains
The seeds of the Jambul fruit have to be dried in shade and then powdered and bottled. Then whenever needed to get reliefs from sprains and strains, a teaspoon of the powder is consumed along with curds, thrice a day, in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
About 7 Grams of the powders of Jambul Seeds should be consumed along with water twice a day in the mornings and evenings.
Those suffering from this problem and feeling concerned about the involuntary wastage of semen should consume 4 Grams of the powder of dried Jambul fruit Seeds, twice a day, in the morning and evenings along with milk.
