Position of Toilet in Feng Shui

The Toilet is one such place in a house, which discharges water outside the house. Water in Feng Shui is a symbol of money and that’s exactly why Feng Shui advises that the Toilets should never be positioned adjacent to the Kitchen, Store Room or the place where the Safe or Cash Box is normally kept.

The Toilet should also never be positioned near the Main Entrance Door of the house. If the first glance  of anyone upon entering a house falls upon the Toilet, then there are chances of disturbances in the Money and Health Sectors of that house and this might affect the residents of the house adversely.

Likewise it also advises that the Toilet should never be positioned below the slope of a Staircase or under the corner of any Slope; having a sloping roof. This is because harmful or bad energy is likely to spread throughout the house and the residents of the house are likely to suffer from diseases related to the Stomach.

As stated above Water being the symbol of Money all leakages of Water through Malfunctioning Taps and Drainage Pipes should be stopped as this symbolizes the Wastage and Outflow of Money from the house.
