We known that the Heart Beats increase and decrease when fear; real or imaginable is sensed by the individual. It is this fear which the Yogi strives to eliminate, as fear is a stumbling block in achieving enlightenment. Fear lead to abnormal thought fluctuations and the individual starts straying towards lower and negative energy levels. He fluctuates between probabilities likely to occur in the future and the mistakes of the past.
The Anahata Chakra has to be peaceful if the Yogi wishes to reach higher levels. The only way to enlightenment is raising your consciousness to the level of the consciousnesses of the over self or God. This is the real meaning of “Living in the Now”. This is the state where the self and over self become one.
