Proper diet for Headaches

Headaches are one of the most common complaints one hears of every know and then. There could be a variety of reasons which cause them. However very few people know that there is a great need for a proper diet when suffering from constant. Headaches.

One should take enough fluids. Spicy food should be avoided. It is advisable to include leafy vegetables, fruits and butter-milk in you diet. It is also to take a liquid diet for a day.

Recommended Liquid Diet
Couple of glasses of water every two to three hours.
Two or three cups of milk, tea or coffee.
One glass full of a drink prepared from orange, lime or lemon.
