There have been floods in Great Britain,but the whole of Great Britain has never been under floods any time in history, so an obvious futuristic Quatrain.This Quatrain indicates high waters and severe flooding.Britain has in the past few years been more and more battered by floods,this flooding has already been linked by scientists to Global Warming,these scientists are also warning about unprecedented disaster yet to come possibly in the near future.
The big one is yet to come,when this comes it will bring in it wake unprecedented flooding and loss of life and material ,the entire area of Great Britain will be covered by these floods.

The new League of Ausonia,refers to the European Union and not to the Italian Political party as has been interpreted by most people. The European Union will make all out efforts to control Global warming on a war footing but will fall short in its efforts.Not a happy Quatrain and something to look forward to.
