THIRD EYE AWAKENED

Dear readers I will if you have read and understood my previous post MEDITATION OF SILENCE then you will be interested in furthering your skills at MEDITATION and deriving practical benefits from the practice of The Meditation of Silence,I will tell you how to achieve it by furthering it into the Meditation of the Third Eye,through which you can develop your Paranormal Skills, these Skills are not a typical set of extrasensory faculties as most people will tell you but will depend on your deepest desires and will wary from person to person. I as always will not confuse you with technical stuff but please bear in mind that a brief knowledge of what really is the Third Eye is essential so bear with me.

There is a small groundnut shaped gland in the brain called the called the Pineal Gland which is located in between the two hemispheres of the brain which excrete dimethyltryptamine which controls physic experiences, astral travel near death experiences, clairvoyance,visions,telepathy and numerous such experiences. this gland controls the the involuntary nervous system also called the sympathetic nervous system, this gland is to tell you in simple language situated between the eyebrows referred to by mystics as the Anja Chakra which is the sixth Chakra, which is described as the Chakra which leads one towards the highest consciousness of the universal energy or God which ever way you wish to call it, it is THING WHICH WE LIVE INSIDE AND WHICH LIVES INSIDE US.

Now that I have in brief described what is the Third Eye it will be easier for you to meditate on it because in your deepest mind you should now what you are doing if you do not know then the doubt persists and success eludes you so you have to be clear in your mind and in your end goal.

Now we come to the meditation part it is really very simple,I again quote from the Bhagwat Geeta the golden words spoken by Shri.Krishna ‘ ''Offering inhaling breath into the outgoing breath, and offering the outgoing breath into the inhaling breath, the yogi neutralizes both these breaths; he thus releases the life force from the heart and brings it under his control.’ which I have described in my postKRIYA YOGA,this advise is the very foundation of meditation and those who have fully understood it have created various meditation techniques from it.

As I have described in my post—the simplest and easiest way can be described in one sentence’’keep your mind silent this allows the breath or life force to be evenly distributed throughout the body’’Once you learn to do this naturally then slowly without absolutely any kind of exertion will the breath to come upwards towards the point between the two eyes which is where the Pineal Gland is situated, the upward flow of breath will stimulate the Pineal Gland which will then slowly start functioning at it full potential.

Please remember not exert any kind of pressure and force do this meditation in a very natural way also remember not to get involved with any symbols,words,techniques,methods because this cannot be achieved by method but in a very natural way.

The benefits will vary from person to person but one thing is certain that the senses will get heightened and you will be a better developed and evolved person.

  2. This is valid information. It will help some and we need to work to get our physical needs set as well. My site deals mostly with the physical prepping. But I hope my followers will have their souls in good health to facilitate the survival of the terrible years ahead.
